Accessibility Statement
How this website is made accessible, what we test, and how to reach us if something does not work for you.
Statement last updated: August 2026
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
NetFortress believes every visitor should be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of how the site is built and maintained, not as an add-on layered on top.
We aim to conform to the applicable accessibility standard. We do not claim that every page is perfect; the sections below describe what we test, what we have implemented, and the limitations we know about.
2. The Standard We Aim to Meet
The Israeli baseline for website accessibility is Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at Level AA. Our engineering target is the newer WCAG 2.2 at Level AA, which is backwards-compatible with that baseline.
3. How This Website Is Tested
Representative pages in both Hebrew and English are scanned automatically with the axe-core accessibility engine on every code change. These scans run in a Chromium-based browser.
Violations of WCAG Level A and AA at critical or serious severity block the change from being published. Moderate and minor findings, together with best-practice suggestions that go beyond the standard, are recorded for review rather than blocking.
Automated testing cannot replace testing by a person. Our manual audit covers keyboard-only navigation, 200% browser zoom, layout at 320 pixels wide, text-spacing adjustments, the reduced-motion setting, and screen-reader checks in Hebrew and English.
Most recent review: August 2026, covering both the automated scans and the manual checks above.
4. Accessibility Adjustments on This Site
The main adjustments implemented on this website include:
- Full keyboard operability, including a skip link to the main content
- A clear, visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- Correct heading structure and named page regions for screen readers
- Text alternatives for images and accessible names for icon controls
- Color contrast that meets the standard's requirements for text and controls
- Complete Hebrew (right-to-left) and English (left-to-right) versions with correct language marking
- Forms with persistent labels, marked required fields, and announced error and status messages
- Reduced or disabled animation when the operating system's reduced-motion preference is on
- A cookie-consent banner that is fully keyboard operable, with the option to change your choice at any time
5. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site are not fully under our control:
- The live-chat widget (Zoho SalesIQ) is third-party software whose code we do not control, and it may not be fully accessible. Every service available through the chat is also available through the accessible channels listed below.
- The 404 error page shows its message in both languages but is technically declared as an English page.
6. Accessible Alternatives
If any part of this website, including the live chat, does not work for you, the same information and service are available through the contact form, by email, or by phone. The contact details appear at the end of this statement.
7. Found a Problem? Tell Us
If you encounter a component that is not accessible or have difficulty using the site, we would like to hear about it. To help us fix the problem quickly, please include the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology you were using.
Accessibility reports go directly to our support team. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed while the problem is being addressed.
8. Your Right to Contact the Commission
If you believe we have not handled your report appropriately, you have the right to contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
9. Updates to This Statement
This statement is reviewed and updated at least once a year, or following a significant change to the website.
