What happens when we switch from our current IT provider?
We make the transition as smooth and low-risk as possible. We begin with a discovery phase to document your systems, accounts, and licences, then coordinate the handover so nothing falls through the cracks. Where your previous provider holds admin access or domains, we help you reclaim full ownership. Most clients are onboarded within a few weeks with no interruption to daily work.
How do you handle IT and security emergencies, and how fast do you respond?
Every plan includes agreed response times, and urgent issues – an outage, a suspected breach, ransomware – are prioritised over routine requests. For a suspected security incident we follow a defined process: contain the threat, assess the impact, keep you informed in plain language, and work to restore normal operations. Because we already know your environment, we lose no time getting up to speed.
Are we locked into a long-term contract?
No. We earn the relationship month to month rather than relying on lock-in. Our agreements are designed to be fair and transparent, and you are free to leave with reasonable notice. If you do, we hand over documentation and access so another provider can pick up cleanly.
What does onboarding look like, and how long does it take?
Onboarding starts with a full audit of your IT and security posture so we establish a clear baseline. We document your systems, fix any urgent gaps, deploy our monitoring and protection tools, and agree on priorities with you. For a typical small business this takes two to four weeks, and you have a single point of contact throughout.
Who owns our data, accounts, and documentation?
You do – always. Your data, Microsoft 365 tenant, domains, and accounts belong to your business, not to us. We configure everything under your ownership, document it, and never hold your environment hostage. If we ever part ways, you keep full control with no hidden dependencies.
Do you work with businesses our size?
Yes. We specialise in Israeli small and mid-sized businesses, typically from around 5 to 50 employees, that need enterprise-grade IT and security without an internal IT department. Our plans scale to your size and risk, so you are not paying for capabilities you do not need.
Do you provide on-site support in Israel, or is everything remote?
Most issues are resolved quickly and remotely, which is faster for you. When something genuinely needs hands on-site – hardware, networking, or a new office setup – we arrange a visit. We support businesses across Israel and combine remote efficiency with on-site help when it matters.
How does pricing work if there are no public price lists?
We do not publish fixed price tables because every business has a different size, risk profile, and starting point. After a short consultation and review, we propose a plan scoped to what you actually need, with clear, predictable monthly pricing and no surprise fees.
