Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Who We Are
NetFortress provides managed IT and cybersecurity services for small and medium-sized businesses in Israel. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.
For privacy-related inquiries, contact us through the contact form on this website.
2. What Personal Data We Collect
When you submit our consultation request form, we collect: full name, company name, business email address, phone number, and number of employees. We also collect the content of any message you submit.
We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your consultation request, assess whether our services match your needs, and communicate with you about our services.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or direct marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, after which we will cease processing your data for marketing purposes.
We may also process data where necessary to take steps prior to entering into a service agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data collected through contact forms for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
If a service agreement is entered into, data may be retained for the duration of the agreement and for up to 7 years thereafter as required by Israeli law.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating this website or delivering our services, subject to appropriate data processing agreements. These currently include Google (analytics and tag management) and Zoho (live chat), as described in section 8.
We may disclose data if required by Israeli law or a valid court order.
7. Your Rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to: access personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it; and object to processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the consultation form. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies & Analytics
When you first visit, a cookie banner asks you to accept or decline analytics and chat cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser (under the key "nf_cookie_consent") so we do not ask again on every page. Until you choose, only storage needed for basic functionality is used.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. These run under Google Consent Mode v2, which defaults all analytics and advertising storage to "denied" until you accept. In practice this means the Google scripts load when the page loads, but they do not write analytics cookies or collect identifiable analytics data unless and until you accept. If you accept, analytics cookies are set to measure aggregated usage; if you decline, they remain disabled.
We also offer a live chat powered by Zoho SalesIQ. The chat widget loads only after you accept, and it sets its own cookies to operate the chat session.
Our analytics and chat processors are Google and Zoho, who process this data on our behalf. You can withdraw consent at any time by declining in the banner or clearing the saved choice in your browser; we will then stop setting analytics and chat cookies. We will update this policy and the consent banner if our use of cookies changes.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
